Pickup and return is simple! After booking, we'll arrange a convenient pickup time at our Clovis location. We'll do a quick walkthrough of the trailer, provide safety chains and any needed accessories, and you're ready to go. Returns follow the same process - just bring the trailer back clean and we'll handle the rest. We also offer delivery service for an additional fee.

You'll need a valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance that covers trailer towing. Your existing auto insurance typically covers rental trailers, but we recommend confirming with your insurance provider. We also require a credit card for the security deposit. All renters must be 21 or older.

Your vehicle needs a 2-inch ball hitch and electrical connection for trailer lights. Most trucks, SUVs, and many cars can safely tow our utility trailer. Your vehicle should be rated to tow at least 3,000 lbs (trailer + cargo weight). If you're unsure about your vehicle's towing capacity, check your owner's manual or give us a call.

We understand plans change! You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before pickup for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% charge. Weather-related cancellations are handled case-by-case. We're flexible and want to work with you.

Yes! We offer delivery and pickup service throughout our service area for an additional fee. Delivery charges vary based on distance from our Clovis location. This is perfect if you don't have a vehicle capable of towing or prefer the convenience. Call us for delivery pricing to your location.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during busy seasons (spring/summer) and weekends. However, we often have same-day availability for last-minute needs. Call us directly for immediate availability or book online to guarantee your rental.

No problem! Just give us a call before your return time to extend your rental. We'll adjust your booking and billing accordingly, subject to availability. We're flexible and understand that projects sometimes take longer than expected.

We're based in Clovis and serve the greater Fresno area including Clovis, Fresno, Sanger, Madera, Selma, Kingsburg, Reedley, and Visalia. Delivery is available throughout our service area. If you're outside these areas, give us a call - we may still be able to help!

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and debit cards. Payment is processed through our secure BigRentals booking system. A credit card is required for the security deposit, which is released after the trailer is returned in good condition.
